I was born in Northern Idaho and raised in Kamiah. I love Idaho and the beautiful amenities our state offers.
My father was a real estate broker and I have always had an interest in the industry and the opportunities it offers home owners as well as investors. My father conveyed the same thoughts as Warren Buffet that a wise person should have the smallest auto payments and the largest mortgage payment they can manage because Real Estate appreciates and autos depreciate. Dad would often say "property may slip in price temporarily but they aren't making any more land."
I am a mother of four children and have four Grandsons. I enjoy camping, fishing and boating. I attend Kuna Nazarene Church and spent many years teaching.
I obtained my real estate license in 1994 and I am a full time real estate professional dedicated to my clients.
I live in Kuna where my husband and I own a home and recently sold a rental property we had owned since 1995. That rental property was a much better investment and return on our money than our 401k's.
The real estate market is in a transition right now and the mortgage industry is going through changes. Good credit and stable employment history is golden in our changing market. With our areas huge appreciation in residential homes in the last five years it is adjusting to a more normal market. This is not advantageous if you need to sell in a hurry but I believe it is a great time to buy.
With your good credit and job history and a solid lending institution right now is an opportune time to purchase real estate.

I don't need to sell to pay my bills; therefore pressuring our clients into something that is not in their best interest is never part of my transactions.
